Delta Rae is a band from North Carolina that I’ve been following since late 2012. They’re an amazing 6 member band performing refreshing folk-rock music in which each member contributes their vocals to create a theatrical sound that will imprint on your soul. Absolutely stunning live, they released a self-titled EP in 2010 but gained popularity after signing with Sire Records in 2012 and releasing their debut album, Carry the Fire. This band has a gimmick that other bands do not, each member takes a turn at lead and they are quite proficient with ‘Stomp’ props like trash can lids and chains to infuse a unique sound into their music.
